Can I play Herald ranked games immediately?
Yes on a ranked-ready account. A preset account requires you to play 100 hours before Herald ranked games unlock.
Why do preset accounts have no match count?
They are a different account type: you play the 100 hours required for ranked. We do not fill in stats that have not been measured.
Where can I check the behavior score?
On the listing and in its details, when the catalog has a measured score. Ask support if that information is unavailable.
What warranty is included?
The same 30-day warranty as the main catalog. Account credentials and original email access appear in your account after payment.
