Who we are and who takes the payment
NeznakovBoost is a Dota 2 service: MMR boosting, calibration, coaching, account rental and sales, Low Priority and Behavior Score recovery, Battle Cup, party carry and Steam wallet top-ups. We have been working since 2021. The current address is neznakov.ru: orders are taken here and nowhere else, and any other site using our name has nothing to do with us.
Payments are accepted by Alliance Torg Company LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. The company details are in section 19 of the public offer and at the end of this page.
Compare the company name, OGRN and INN in two places: the offer and the details at the end of this page. If they match, you are dealing with the party that signed the contract. If they do not, write to us — that is worth looking into.
What we do
The list of services is fixed in clause 2.2 of the offer. Each has its own page with a calculator, and the price is visible before you place the order.
| Service | What it is | Page |
|---|---|---|
| MMR boost | Rating raised to the agreed value | /boost |
| Calibration | An agreed number of calibration matches | /calibration |
| Coaching | One-on-one sessions with a coach | /coaching |
| Low Priority | Getting out of the Low Priority queue | /lp |
| Behavior Score | Raising the behaviour rating | /orderliness |
| Battle Cup | A team entry in the tournament | /battlecup |
| Accounts | Buying a Dota 2 account | /accounts |
| Rental | An account for temporary use | /rent |
| E-Girl in party | Company in a team game | /egirl |
| Steam top-up | Roubles credited to the wallet | /steam |
The full list with prices is on the services page and in the price list. The price agreed when the order is placed is final and does not grow along the way (clause 4.1 of the offer).
Who fills your order
The service acts as an organiser: orders are actually carried out by engaged performers — boosters, coaches, operators. We do not hide this arrangement, because an important rule follows from it: the service, not the performer, answers to you for the result. Sorting things out with the performer is our job, not yours.
- You place the order and pay for it at checkout.
- The order goes into the pool and a performer of the right level picks it up.
- Progress is visible in the order chat in your personal cabinet: status, messages, files.
- If the performer is not coping or behaves badly, we replace them. The offer does not require the replacement to be agreed with you (clause 9.2), but you will be told in the chat.
- Address complaints to the service. Your relationship with the performer is not your responsibility.
Performer profiles and their match histories are published on the boosters page, and the state of active orders is visible in the monitoring feed.
What we promise and what we do not
Services like ours tend to promise everything at once. We prefer to split it: one part is fixed by contract, the other does not depend on us at all.
| We promise | We do not promise |
|---|---|
| The deadline stated in the order itself is an obligation | The absence of Valve sanctions — before, during or after the work |
| If we miss it through our own fault, the unfinished part is returned to your balance pro rata | That the result will last: your own games affect the rating too |
| Account data is not disclosed and reaches the performer only to the extent required | A particular performer, an exact start time or a match pace |
| A replacement performer if the pace is slow or the behaviour is wrong | That any service is available at any moment |
| Matches lost along the way are played back at the booster's expense — the price does not grow | A particular MMR figure after calibration: Valve's algorithm decides that |
The outcome of a boost is probabilistic: it depends on Valve's policy, on matchmaking and on random teammates (clause 2.5 of the offer). A service that promises a "100 % risk-free guarantee" is promising something it does not control. Exactly what we refund and when is set out on the guarantees page.
What we do with your data
Some services require signing in to the account, and you hand that data over voluntarily. What we do with it is described in the privacy policy; briefly:
- we use account data only to deliver the service you paid for;
- we pass it to the performer strictly to the extent the order cannot be filled without;
- we do not pass it to third parties unrelated to the order — except payment providers and cases directly required by law;
- we neither request nor store bank card details: the payment runs entirely through the provider.
In return the offer asks something simple of you: move valuable inventory out before handing over the account, and change the password within 24 hours after the work is finished (clauses 7.4 and 7.5).
How to reach us
The manager replies from 10:00 to 22:00 Moscow time — in the order chat, in the site chat, on Telegram, VK, Discord, WhatsApp and by email at support@neznakov.ru. All channels reach the same person, so there is no need to duplicate a message.
A claim about quality, scope or deadlines should be raised within 14 calendar days of the order being completed — it is easier to sort out while the trail is warm (clause 17.7). A written claim is answered within 30 calendar days (clause 17.1). Every channel is listed on the contacts page.
